Terms and Conditions:
1. Our office hour is Monday to Saturday 08.30-16.30. Order for
delivery on Sunday must be placed the latest on
Saturday office hour.
2. Order can be made through Web, or by direct Call/Email/Fax to us for spesific order.
3. Order placed earlier/prior(i.e 1 day prior) will ensure more to meet the exact delivery time.
4. Items including flowers is subject to availability, we will
replace with or without notice with similar or identical item in the
same price range.
5. Order will be Processed, after you Finished Process & Confirm Your Payment.
6. Please Confirm Your Payment(by Phone, Email, SMS or Fax). And our Confirmation Reply would be the prove of Your Order being Processed.
7. Delivery to Surabaya area is free, while area nearby Surabaya will be charged based on 2 parties agreement.
8. Order delivery will take 2-5 hours after Processing Order, depends on complexity and conditions.
